Stay on the My Turtle Brothers Shirt in contrast I will get this path, my friends 🙂 of a bird in flight? The feeling of having a hand? The smell of fresh flowers? See what I mean? It’s in investing “ourselves” in these feelings that they become meaningful–we have, quite literally, identified with them and given them power. On their own, they are the mere ephemera of experience, no different than a trillion other stimuli we encounter in our lives. I know this will seem a bit counterintuitive and maybe a bit of woo to you, but there is power in the practice. Look up and read about Wu Wei. Learn what it means, then pair it with the concept of taking refuge. What’s the magic and Wu in this Wei? Literally, without you doing anything yourself, taking refuge in the jewels allows the universe at large to recognize you as itself, thereby swooping in and doing the job for you / through you.

Refuge is defined in Buddhism as Buddha (Awake Absolute), Dharma (Nature) and Sangha (Assembly of Relatives). What is the My Turtle Brothers Shirt in contrast I will get this Absolute Buddha? The one with awake Nature accompanied by his retinue, which are the representatives of the assembly (all relatives to the absolute). Put it in terms of Christian culture. Christ, Love, Church. Who does the average church member take refuge in? Each other through Christ with Love. From this, things get done as a collective, organized and united. Put this into context of your rushing around trying to meet your desires. Try Wu Wei, then refuge (trust in the one and many / hidden hand). Watch what happens when you intention the universe at large for help. Suddenly, you are a different actor on the stage of life. YOU did nothing alone in this case. The universe does it all for and through you by networking you with an army around you. Synchronicity will engage as never before and you realize a new level of mastery, completely at right angles to anything you could do on your own.
