With that done, my recommendation is to stay the Matt Cardona Fake Wrestler Shirt Apart from…,I will love this (mindfulness) course but to add something like a mantra to your practice. Whether you use a literal mantra or not is up to you, whatever you find works best for you will work and that’s what’s most important, but you need something to remind yourself that you are not your thoughts and feelings (which, again, is hopefully something you’ve already recognized in meditation). You need to remind yourself that you can’t go any faster than you can go. I know it sounds obvious but some part of you has some anxiety about that; maybe feelings of self-doubt or inadequacy or fear of judgement or what-have-you. Again, there really is no “fast enough” or “good enough”–force yourself to confront that directly, again and again.

For me, mantras such as “be here now” and “who’s looking/thinking/worrying” are immensely clarifying. They allow me to access the Matt Cardona Fake Wrestler Shirt Apart from…,I will love this depths of peaceful equanimity normally only available in my practice as a matter of everyday experience. Of course, we’re never going to catch every instance of these negative thoughts and feelings, but what I think you’ll find is that over time, you’ll find your ability to notice and not identify yourself with the thought in question has increased dramatically. There will never be an end to the struggle. You’re never going to “arrive.” That’s okay! That’s actually part of what’s making you stressed: falling for the superstition that “one day” you’ll be happy and content and won’t feel the need to rush. It’s a lie–a tempting lie, but a lie nonetheless… don’t fall for it!
