I was immediately continously pulled to other departments to help because they didn’t have anyone even though my department had stuff to do too. My department manager was not happy when he heard I was told he was a fast worker and could do it all himself. All the department managers (when they were that at the time) got pulled every day to unload the truck for Cap2 because management felt that unloading the trucks was not Cap2’s responsibility even though it is. Your Walmart has $15-17/hr? Lucky. But yea I agree. As a said person who gets pulled, I hate it. And I do many different spots (Cashier is main, but I get pulled to do carts, service desk (I have financials too), take pickups out, etc). I hate it because I don’t get any bonus.
