I was working Frozen making $16/hr and got called in by my People Lead and she asked if I’d work GM for $15/hr. I said yes because I figured getting out of that Freezer was worth the Mizzou Tigers Charlie Hustle Dear Old Varsity Vault Shirt Besides,I will do this $1/hr and right after I signed that paper I just started getting pulled to Frozen. Tbh I should’ve seen it coming though, because the reason for switching me was “Food and Consumables is overstaffed” when it’s just me and my TL everyday They call frontend and other departments that make $14 an hour to help $16 an hour for online grocery all of the time. Some accept, but some don’t. The majority of the time they do because they want to get away from their departments. Fun fact, loaned associates by policy will make the higher of the two rates. Example if you make $17 an hour and the department you’re going to is $15 an hr you’ll still retain your $17/hr. On the flip side however is where it gets tricky, but if your full shift is spent in that department that makes $17/hr while your base rate in 15/hr then you should be at that $17/hr rate. If you are not it’s an ethics case that will surely make it not happen again I got forced to help unload the truck and throw the truck alone sometimes when I’m just minimum pay L & G TA. They wold make me do it all the damn time when I wasn’t the only one in my department they’d still make me do it instead of my other 3 associates. They did it almost my whole second year at Walmart. I recently was let go because I went over in point by somehow they didn’t notice till right after Memorial Day weekend when I was already over half a month before that. When I wasn’t on the truck I was helping push carts or do two man lifts by myself everyday, or was forced to load mulch alone and our Land and garden department would clear 20k easy daily throughout the busy season. Yet everyone in the store got the same seasonal bonus. At least I got to wear shorts LMAO…

There’s too many people looking for jobs right now I will mark it is over saturated with people. OK it’s not that easy dude.
