The way it works in my call center is that supervisor call requests are created and they reach out to you directly within 72 hours. I’ve never had to do it with AirB&B but I used to have to make these types of calls for my job quite frequently and it worked every time. Granted, I only did it a few times when I was told multiple times that I was going to be called back by a supervisor and never was. When I did say I’d clear my schedule and wait, the Mikey Way MCR Polaroid rock band My Chemical Romance T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this supervisor would magically all of the sudden be free to talk and the problem would be resolved. (I also do have the luxury of making my own schedule so I was actually able to hold to what I said if my bluff was called.) Same. I said asked if she would simply hang up on me and she replied that she would not. I then said that I would just sit there on the line with her until her supervisor was available and she said that was against procedures and we would be “disconnected.” Took three days for the “supervisor” to reply. I don’t understand why some people don’t just straight up create the sup call requests on strike three of offering possible alternatives which the user refuses. I’d be more than happy to get you out of my hair for a while and to continue assisting you once you’ve finished discussing the situation with my supervisor. That is something only customer support agents can do – we have a set of commands that we can use on a ticket, and one of them is to create a sup call request linked to each individual partner call centre.

The most common issues I’ve handled over the Mikey Way MCR Polaroid rock band My Chemical Romance T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this past two months are cleanliness issues and Hosts being unresponsive at check-in, often leading to host cancellations and urgent rebooking assistance. The strangest issue I’ve had to handle so far was a case where the Host asked me to remove a review on a reso which had at least 15 tickets associated, which was successful, and upon notifying the guest that we could remove it, she asked for a call back to follow up on the issue and explain her side – it turns out that the Host was a master at bullshitting and gaslighting both the guest and Customer Support. S, if you’re reading this, I still have that W you told me to take – and I’m about to give my employer’s client a pretty hefty L. Y’all this is just like if we were trying to contact AirBnB Support. 5 hrs later and still no responses or answers from OP…
