Whe. I was bulking / heavy lifting / working as a moved i would make 2 peanutbutter and honey sandwiches that id eat with a banana, and id bring grilled chicken. More than once it became a protein bomb lunch. Hearing people trade food secrets that elvis had is so a little funny, when you realized it turned into a massive constipation issue that lead to his death. In college there was this little coffee shop on campus that would serve peanut butter and honey sandwiches on banana bread. Elvis grew up super poor, like bottom of the barrel in Mississippi poor. This was the equivalent of a guilty pleasure for a kid growing up in that environment.
