The stainless steel bbq was rusted and looks like it’s grease trap has never seen a rag. Flared up and burned my meat. microwave looked like the Magic Michael Cera Poster Shirt it is in the first place but same tiny one I had in my college dorm. It barely fit a plate. The floor vent had some rusty screen ghetto screen screwed on with wood screws. Two of us scraped our feet on it. turn on the garbage disposal and the other sink would spray liquid up high enough to get on your clothes (you had to lean over this sink to hit the switch). I think it depends what hosts are charging and what people are looking for. My mom rents out a spare room in her home to Airbnb. Twin frame with target sheets. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the room, with a small desk and chair to study on. It’s not glamorous by any means, but it’s a place to stay for those traveling. She doesn’t advertise it as a fancy bed and breakfast. It’s definitely not a vacation spot. But going to a concert in the area and need a place to crash near the concert venue? Perfect. She doesn’t get squatters either. Usually foreign students traveling to look at universities.

Magic Michael Cera Poster Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Mine is furnished with the Magic Michael Cera Poster Shirt it is in the first place but same quality items i would/did use. I lived im the home for 1 yr before renting it out. So I know what the home feels like and what makes it comfortable. It has the necessities and decorations but nothing excessive. The kitchen has everything you would need for a standard week stay cake pan, pots, pans, bowls, plates, can opener, coffee pot, blender, toaster, cutting boards and knives. Imo more than you would find at a hotel or extended stay. The bedrooms have middle grade sheets/blankets that are highly rated for the price point. Lower end large (55in) tvs and Casper mattresses. I try to find a balance between comfort and cost effective. I don’t charge luxury price but I think I provide a upper middle price range experience, for a lower middle “class” price.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
