You can add that to the calorie count if you’d like. The sandwich itself is not a traditional sandwich. The bread is literally a shell of crust, as theres no way to construct this thing by simply stacking the ingredients. The top bread vessel is filled with the whole jar of peanut butter, and the bottom is filled with jelly. You can’t do it the opposite way, because the peanut butter is tacky, so when you close the sandwich it kind of stays in the bread long enough to form it. As for the bacon, I made mine extra crispy to reduce the bacon’s total mass. In retrospect, floppy bacon would have been more massive but it also would have been a lot easier to stack.
