When this thing was finished it technically only weighed <4 pounds, but holding it, it felt like a Thanksgiving turkey. I cut it into two pieces diagonally (for additional flavor) and began to attempt to consume it. I'd like to state that first impressions, this sandwich is really good. Like it actually tastes fantastic, probably pretty obvious that 80% of its contents are fat and sugar.
