I get things done at a pace that is manageable so I won’t feel like I’ve failed if I can’t do it all because of how I feel. I take mini breaks from whatever I’m doing during the Logan Webb American professional baseball pitcher for the San Francisco Giants Signature T-Shirt moreover I will buy this day to not get overwhelmed. Sometimes I even have to take breaks from the self-help podcasts, and books. I try to listen to something that will not remind me every second that I need to change my life. You’re not alone and you have a community of people here that understand and are rooting for you.
