Mom worked in pants, didn’t wear makeup, and her second wedding was an elopement at the Limited Edition Autism Awareness Shirt What’s more,I will buy this courthouse on her lunch break while wearing her work pants. Only time I saw her wear a dress was for JW church. When I entered high school, girls were forbidden to wear pants. I was in the 11th grade when they announced that girls could wear ” tailored, coordinated pant suits”. By the next year, they were wearing jeans and I think even the anal retentive school administrators gave it up because it was so openly flouted by the students and they had a lot of support from parents.(it wasn’t unanimous by the parents, many of whom still had an old-fashioned bug up their asses) those weren’t the days. Himmler was according to Richard Evans quite impressed by the conviction he saw being displayed by the Jehovah’s Witnesses in the concentration camps. Apparently going so far as to use the jw as an example of fanaticism to his subordinates in the SS. Republicans, for all of their supposed “love” of the Constitution, regularly pass laws that they know will be struck down, to create the theater of catering to their base, without ever worrying that their decisions will ever actually create actual consequences aside from wasting everyone’s time and energy. “Anyone” is the state legislature. “Allow” means they ignored the 1st Amendment and enacted it anyway. Since there’s absolutely no definition of what a “drag show” even IS, they probably knew it wouldn’t survive a challenge. But they don’t care. It’s all posturing for their right-wing base.
