This acceptance is what allows the Libra Energy Living A Well Balanced Astrological Retro Horoscope T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this energy to pass through you, clearing that blockage. And, as the blockage clears, the feelings and thoughts will pass too. For me it’s dwelling on inaction in my part during my past rather than the better times. Better times being better opportunity as well given that I was younger. Is it the same concept? Just let those thoughts that I should’ve taken action, which would’ve (theoretically) made my current present much more enjoyable, run their course? Here is the kicker though, thought is memory’s response to the stimulus in which attention is placed. In other words all thought is the past. It’s your resistance to it which creates the persistence of it. Resistance being, not to the thoughts of the past, but the thoughts of the past you are having in regards to what is happening now. The only knows things through relative contrast, darkness and light, good and bad, cold and hot, etc. it’s your evaluation of the bad now that makes the good of the past. Or it’s the evaluation of the good past, and how it no longer is that makes the now ‘not as good’.

Let it happen and observe it without judgement. If you judge or want to stop it, overserve that. Eventually, on its own it will naturally stop. Perhaps a different question might be, how does one become less negatively impacted when thinking about the Libra Energy Living A Well Balanced Astrological Retro Horoscope T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this past? Because thinking about the past can be quite useful, we call it “memory” and without it life would be quite hard. It might seem petty to make these subtle shifts in language, but I think it’s actually quite important because it helps identify the skills you are after and help you assess your progress more effectively. It’s really just practicing mindfulness, which is essentially brining your kind to the present. And if you consciously notice your mind drifting back to the past, notice it and (without judging yourself) move your mind back to the present. It takes effort to get to a point where you can do it continuously.
