For me it’s also forehead and cheekbones but also my neck, shoulders and back. It’s part mental, and part physical because of my scoliosis. I guess my spine and shoulders will never be great but I think I can make it a little bit more bearable by going to the Liberty Now Has A Country Usa Flag Eagle T-Shirt moreover I will buy this gym and meditation. I highly recommend you do some emotional work, which gets easier to do when you meditate regularly. Through meditation you can see through sensations like emotions and thoughts more clearly and you tend to not judge and resist them as much. Also know that negative emotions and other sensations do not have to translate into suffering. I wish you a pleasant journey and hope you can find your peace. 🙂 They don’t need to be mutually exclusive. If you do end up smoking again, you could always continue to meditate. I quitted smoking cigarettes 3 days ago. Started meditating every day for about 7 weeks now. I’m also feeling stressed, anxious and dealing with insomnia because of quitting, and just like you I have autism. I cry all the Liberty Now Has A Country Usa Flag Eagle T-Shirt moreover I will buy this time during meditation, but unfortunately don’t experience the warmth you are talking about. Groetjes!
