It’s great to build a habit of going each day or every other day rather then working yourself to exhaustion and then taking off for a week lol. Just my two cents on that. Good luck 🙂 Weed is a mild psychedelic, and meditation can become an intense psychedelic, so they can work well together.A healing activity combined with a healing herb.Much better for you than pharmaceuticals, that are mostly poisonous, yet everyone here tells people to keep taking their meds. I quit weed the Leopard This Queen Was Born In JuLy Happy Birthday Eyes T-Shirt But I will love this other day too cause it was an unhealthy coping mechanism for my depression and loneliness. I feel like I’m back in my mind and back to myself again. Meditation def is a healthier outlet for this kinda stuff honestly, I cry a lot during meditative practices. Especially guided meditation that focuses on affirmations… I think it definitely some tension being released, but for me it’s also like facing some of my demons straight on, looking at these thoughts that I am indeed a good being, that I’m allowed to believe these or at least let them wash over me for a moment. Meditation is crazy, I have some troubles with it because of suspected adhd, but especially during yoga i get into a zone that has me feeling actually content for once. It does help relieve stress, too so you might feel a sense of relief afterwards.

Very normal. In fact when you go into meditation you experience your divine nature as satcitananda. Everything is okay my friend. Everything is perfectly situated without weed. Realizing this can bring any man to tears. The world is filled with suffering but it’s okay. Hey! If you want you can send me a message and talk about it. I was a daily smoker for 7 years, also quit smoking weed 3 months ago. Also started meditating and am adhd’er with autistic traits? I can help you through the Leopard This Queen Was Born In JuLy Happy Birthday Eyes T-Shirt But I will love this first 2 weeks if you want (the hardest part) You might like yoga nidra.. I also have scoliosis, am on the spectrum, and carry a lot of physical tension. Yoga nidra saved my life (not exaggerating; between the depression, anxiety, chronic pain in part from scoliosis and in part due to autistic comorbidities like EDS). No amount of physical therapy seemed to help until I discovered yoga nidra, NSDR and meditation. Then physical therapy started to work. It sounds like the guided meditation you did may have borrowed yoga nidra elements (if you were lying down) which is why I’m suggesting it 🙂
