I say “I got perfection the first time, no need to keep trying”. Obviously I’m being cheeky and don’t think people with more than one don’t have perfect kiddos! ❤️ My pregnancy was really easy, so I thought we’d have a difficult baby but he’s chill like this as well! So now I’m expecting a crazy toddler lol just keep waiting for the other shoe to drop Fwiw, our son is 20 months and the tantrums haven’t been bad. Communication is a game changer. I can weather tantrums so much better than newborn phase. Yes my son was the easiest and most content little baby then he hit the toddler stage super early (walking at 7 mos climbing before that) and it has most definitely been a brick to the face Definitely got lucky! And of course there have been challenges too — had to go dairy free for 4 months due to a CMPI diagnosis, she had torticollis and needed PT, endless daycare sicknesses, etc. Just in case things sounded too charmed ? Was she still not very fussy despite the CMPI? If so my mind is blown, my LO was such a grump until I cut out dairy. No, she had a very mild case. Just some blood in the stool and large mucousy poops. I actually was in denial that she had it because she had such a good disposition but after cutting dairy it all improved, so…

My son is the Let The Adventure Begin Sublimation Outdoor shirt But I will love this same. Falls asleep in a few mins by himself, wakes once or maybe twice per night, sleeps on his own bed from day 1 and no reflux either. I don’t want to praise him too much as I am afraid I will jinx it. xD This is pretty much our son (not fussy, no witching hour, eats great, sleeps great, happy boy, hitting milestones) except he has reflux so we have to hold him for an hour after eating. But he started sleeping 10 hours straight through the night at 11 weeks, so we just enjoy the extra snuggles before bed. He puts himself back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night. He waits patiently for my SO to make coffee in the morning before taking him out of his crib, and gives the biggest, sweetest smiles when he sees us first thing.
