Brother, 1-2 dudes is all you would care for post college. Let things happen organically. You can’t force yourself to be popular or taller for that matter. Height does give privileges in real life. Boys don’t mess with you easily, girls would prefer to have you around. But when it comes to building connections in office or neighborhood. It ll require hard work and clear mind, no matter long or short. I always recommend sports to build this Legendary Monza Italy Get Closer F1 Italian GP Poster Shirt What’s more,I will buy this kind of mindset. Get to your nearest sports club ( tt, badminton, basketball, cricket whatever you like), eventually you ll laugh at this situation. How are your insecurities( and you have quite a few bro) linked to Blr which has no dearth of short people lol? Folks often cluster based on region/ college but that’s because they’re insecure too. Coming off as ” needy” or ” desperate” is a big put off in anyone. Just be yourself, don’t fixate on your height, focus on your pluses and you’ll start making friends. Get ready for this thing called life. Buckle down and work buddy. No one will come for you, no one will save you. You are alone in this journey. Dude, it’s been two days. Just keep working, talk to ur buddies at work, it will be sometime before people open up, don’t try too much, u will come off as desperate. Your height being an insecurity is something that you will have to learn to deal with It’s just been two days! Focus on building your personality trust me in a few days people will start hanging out with you if people see a value add.

Firstly fuck this networking bs. Learn something useful first and networking will happen organically. Let people get to know you and get to know people as you grow in a company It’s only been two days. When has it ever been easy to fit in in a new place in two days dude? Give it time. Chill a little. Eat a dosa and drink one coffee. It gets better. I am a native of this city. I too have started my career recently and I have gone through much of what you’ve stated (apart from the Legendary Monza Italy Get Closer F1 Italian GP Poster Shirt What’s more,I will buy this height one). It took me a bit of time to realise that all this was eating my energy away. And it was only recently I realised that. Like many of the comments mention, focus on learning stuff and building yourself up. You’ll probably thank yourself later for it! I have started to do the same and I feel much better about myself as it showed me I could do stuff I thought I couldn’t do!
