I showed her the Latino Heat Lowrider Rose Shirt in other words I will buy this video where the guy talks about dopamine and how we are all chasing the next hit and she got mad and almost broke up with me. “She felt attacked” Yeah she needs a hobby not Tiktok. She needs to be more productive with her life. I feel ya man. Bumming it up on Tiktok everyday is not healthy However, I don’t believe it’s the platform. It’s the people, the content/conversations, and the expectations. Platforms shouldn’t be banned. I think the argument truly is whether or not platforms should be responsible for censoring content and to what capacity. TikTok was the worst thing that could have happened to people. I hope we retrospectively look at social media like we do cigarette smoking in 10-20 years time to acknowledge how destructive it became to humanity. As someone who uses pretty much every mainstream social media, Tik Tok is by far the least toxic (especially when compared to twitter and Facebook) How could it investigate young people’s mental health? People always share me mental health tiktoks? /S on the first sentence
