I had to share this small story somewhere. My ex partner recently passed away. Chad Michaels was hired by my ex a few times to perform for some events. I’ve met her a few times, got to escort her, small talk and she has always been extremely sweet. Chad performed and spoke at my Ex’s memorial recently and shared a heartwarming message. Afterwards, we got to speak with Chad privately backstage for a quick moment and thank her for everything. Here is a professional Drag Queen, towering over us in her stunning unicorn outfit sharing a story of her most recent interaction with my ex before his passing, her hand comforting me, trying to keep it together. I immediately bawled and still get teary eyed just thinking of this.

In 2021, NBC News reported that Timothy Wilks was shot and killed after trying to play a prank on a group of people by approaching them with butcher knives. David Starnes Jr., who shot Wilks, said that he was unaware that his group was being pranked and that he opened fire in self-defense. Starnes was not charged.
