Sure there are some jerks out there who are refusing to move out of spite or “I’m going the Killer nun halloween horror design classic shirt But I will love this speed limit, get off my back” but for the most part I think it’s just people not paying attention. I have the same issue with my husband. I do the highway driving as much as possible because even if he is driving, I still have to pay attention and remind him to get back over because traffic is backing up behind him or passing him on the right. I was driving from Ohio to west Virginia and this lady was just sitting in the left lane – going slower than all other traffic I passed her, pulled off an exit to use a restroom, got back on and passed her again.. but she was causing traffic to build up because of a tractor trailer in the right lane going slowly as well,.no one could get by her for quite some time. I just don’t understand this behavior
