Tell them “I can be actually racist if you’d like, but what I just said wasn’t racist. You just have no idea what racism is.” I just say “thank you” and continue doing whatever i need to do the Kevin James Shrugging Christmas Meme shirt and I will buy this way it has to be done. I litteraly cant care less whatever insult peiple want to throw in, i am not paid enough to start a fight. Definitely don’t point out all your black employees. That’s too much like “I have lots of black friends”, except you’re their boss. She kept going on and on in front of other customers that I was a racist and didn’t like black people. After the 7th or 8th repetition of that, I said I was only trying to be of help and if she didn’t like the fact that we help people when they come in our building, she could leave. She kept getting louder and louder, so finally I said “that’s it, I’ve been polite as long as I can. Either leave now or the police will be called and escort you out” She kept going a few more repetitions of the same words, and I said “I’m calling the police now, you’ve been asked to leave private property and refuse” so I started towards a phone and she left in a hurry.

I once kicked a kid out of my club who snuck in a full bottle of rum. I literally grabbed his wrist while he was holding the Kevin James Shrugging Christmas Meme shirt and I will buy this bottle halfway in his pants. Apparently kicking him out (with my black boss/head bouncer) was racist. I’m very mindful of racial biases and I just go over situations like that in my head. Just assess what your line of thought was. “Person need help, go help person” was probably what you were thinking. Wow, what a nut job. Ignore all of her nonsense and you were right about not bringing up how you hired black people or have black friends, that never gets you anywhere positive. I would have said “I’m sorry, I was just trying to be helpful” and left a t at that. You were also right about making her leave. Her words were uncalled for and hurtful for no good reason.
