So my point you may ask? Go find a population center that is predominantly “not you.” Hang out there for awhile. Meet people, make friends, eat food…. and watch everything around you. After people get used to you and you stop popping as an outsider (to some extent) you’ll start seeing more and more examples of the KARMEN PETROVIC Canadian professional wrestler T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this local culture. Everyone mostly wants the same stuff… but they very in degrees on how much of it they get, and how they go about getting it. Its hugely interesting stuff, but as I said before… I feel comfortable sharing this opinion with you, as while I don’t always fit well with other cultures, I at least went out of my way to try and experience them and see things from their angle… (eating twice a week at Casa Bonita doesn’t count kids). Go volunteer somewhere, if you’re young get a summer job bailing hay or picking, or working in a grocery store. Places people just live their lives.

Be polite, don’t be an asshole, be open to new ideas, know that some people are going to find you suspect for JUST BEING THERE, be honest about what you don’t know (especially with yourself_, and for God’s sake… DO NOT bring that nasty pasta salad to the KARMEN PETROVIC Canadian professional wrestler T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this damn cookout. I’ve heard this many times and not just about people of western European heritage. I remember hearing, for example, some people claiming that Canadians have no culture. Such claims are just lame attempts by particular groups to elevate themselves above other groups. It’s wrong and it needs to stop. They do have a culture but I think that people say that because a huge amount of individual parts of it it is just mildly tweaked stuff brought with them by Europeans or evolved from Black Americans and or Native Americans. Or just straight up taken like for like from those other cultures. There’s very little that is truly original, but all together it makes something unique. NFL and Baseball are tweaks of British sports, the language comes from the UK, even Apple Pie comes from Britain. Rock ‘n’ Roll ultimately comes from Black Americans, a lot of folklore comes from the Native American and European mythologies.
