You are on your way to a great transformation. If you remember anything from me, just remember that your energy will guide you. To feel in conflict, stuck, or stressed is an invitation to find stillness. There’s nothing wrong with you. This is all by design. I probably can’t help by sharing my experience, everyone is unique, but if I can give a bit of hope I will try! 3 years ago was my lowest point. I was 50 and a belated middle life crisis hit hard. I was dissatisfied with my family, job, everything. I felt like my life was being wasted. I really started to feel the Jorge Mateo Dominican professional baseball shortstop for the Baltimore Orioles Signature T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this approaching old age and it terrified me. I started getting panic attacks focused on fear of death, which for me was above all claustrophobic – death was an eternity of being locked immovable, and this thought tortured me indescribably. Supplements. I managed to improve my health and set back a couple of chronic conditions I have by taking a large stack of antiinflammatory and general-health (mostly herbal) supplements. Google “pascalian medicine”: if there’s a good chance something can help, and little chance of side effects, I add it even if it’s not been scientifically proven to help. Maybe 90% of what I take has no effect, but 10% does, and the overall change is pretty drastic. Healthier body gives you a healthier mind!

New relationship. This was of course pure luck that I could find the Jorge Mateo Dominican professional baseball shortstop for the Baltimore Orioles Signature T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this right person, but on the other hand it wasn’t, because I was looking. We are long-distance, only met once, but still this is such an incredible background to my life now: there is this person who gets me, utterly and without conditions, we are of the same mind about pretty much everything, and we are talking every day for 2 years and never get bored. I am so grateful to the universe for creating such a perfect soul mate for me. Meditation and self-therapy. Again, I am not sure which helped me most. I don’t do meditation much, but when I do get into the habit again, it gives such a clarity of mind and benevolence (though I also had a couple of scary experiences during meditation). For therapy, I focus on my traumas, using IFS to single them out and talk to them and bring them peace. I found that successfully reducing even a single persistent fear has a widespread effect, moderating all other fears, as if they all feed from the same shared source.
