Don’t be that person. It’s a bit different if it’s always left unflushed or stupid shits been done with the loo roll or doors left unlockable but it’s none of those it’s skid marks and odour… Your going to the toilet. I’ve pointed this out to another manager who jokingly/passively aggressively put “Keep Calm and Clean Up After Yourself” signs in every toilet on site. This however has not worked in the slightest. Change the sign to “the cleaners only come once every , I’m not your mum/dad, clean the toilet if you leave it a mess”

When things got mega bad emails where sent to all just re-iterating the rules and some clean as you go policies. The peak issue was someone senior went into to use it and found hair clippings around sink and floor as well as hair dye stains and empty packaging in the paper towel bin. Emails sent round immediately and we where all stunned, baffled and amused especially when we could all clearly see the offending co-worker sat pretending to work with hair a different shade and still wet through….. Are others not having a problem with him apart from the manager you informed and doesn’t seem to take it seriously? Maybe invest in a flashing neon arrow and mount it on the wall next to your “keep calm and clean up after yourself” sign? Ramp up that passive aggression babyyy!
