When my meds didn’t work, I used things like Kratom or cannabis capsules just go get through the Jevon Carter American professional basketball player for the Chicago Bulls T-Shirt it is in the first place but day. They made me feel less terrible temporarily. I understood that although I can’t change a lot of the external issues in my life, I can change how I respond to it internally. If chugging a whole glass of green sludge makes me feel less driven to constantly cry and act out in the most terrible ways then the facilities required to not constantly cry and act out in the most terrible ways exist within me I just need to somehow get control of my internal responses to things. I have ADHD so a part of me was glad to find another problem to solve. I came up with my ways of working on things internally and eventually I got to a point where I found the strength in me to change some outside triggers of my pain. Things aren’t perfect right now and I still feel horribly alone sometimes but that’s okay.

I totally get that feeling of teetering on the Jevon Carter American professional basketball player for the Chicago Bulls T-Shirt it is in the first place but edge and finding something—anything—to hold onto. For me, it was my dog. Laugh if you want, but this scruffy little mutt with a wonky tail gave me something to care for, which in turn, helped me care about myself again. Those moments of humor and love can be surprisingly powerful, can’t they? And hey, nothing wrong with being a super shit musician turned less shit over time—I think there’s a weirdly wonderful metaphor in there. Growth in any form, whether it’s nailing a new chord or finding a reason to wake up, it’s all a testament to our resilience. Your journey with Kratom and cannabis capsules sounds a lot like a path of self-discovery, learning to tame the internal responses. But in my rough patch, I stumbled upon something else, kind of a game-changer for me. I found solace in finding my balance through an online service tailored for those darker times. It didn’t replace my therapist or the meds, but it was another layer of support, like finding a new tuning for an old, beloved song, you know? I admire that you’re not just sitting in the darkness but actively seeking out ways to light up your corner of the universe. The fact that you’re still here, still fighting, and even reaching out— it says a lot about your strength. Even when we’re horribly alone, we’re all kind of alone together in this, sharing our little victories and facepalms.
