And this is how I realized that this is the way to overcome the loop you’re stuck in. I struggled with depression for 25 years. Worsened in the last decade by addiction. It’s a horrible place, self loathing and suicidal thoughts. I’m now content and chilled out person and I want you to know this is absolutely possible for you too. Have compassion for yourself and in time you will heal. There is always hope even when you cannot see it. You are deserving of love and life. Discover and embrace the real you. I’ve been where you are.
