How do you think “I have no thoughts” if you have no thoughts? Who would be the “I” in this scenario? Only the self can have no thoughts, but you are not the self, you’re just awareness. Concepts created by the ego. Concepts that aren’t real and that aren’t grounded in the moment, they’re delusions created by the self/ego. Who is the person thinking they have no thoughts? How do you think “I have no thoughts” if you have no thoughts? You are not thinking that you have no thoughts, you just are. Nothing pops up in your mind. That is to be without thoughts. You dont think about breathing but you are still breathing. Its like that. “I” is for the reader to know what to is being referred. It really doesnt matter do you speak of your vessel or soul that resides in the vessel or the awarness that is aware of awarness. You can just tell reader “I”, because it becomes easily unpractical.
