After I had the Jason Bean 23 Kansas Jayhawks Is The Offensive Mvp Of The 2023 Guaranteed Rate Bowl Ncaa Fooball shirt in contrast I will get this anesthetic my blood pressure dropped dangerously and it went from being normal to an emergency c-sec. I was soo out of it afterwards and the nurses were so sweet whilst I was coming round. I’d been nil by mouth for nearly 48 hours beforehand and one of the nurses snuck me some extra sandwiches before the pizza turned up because I was so hungry haha. I can tell I’m tired because when I read this my first thought was like, construction. I thought the nurses part was strange until I got to “My husband” then I was like Oh. My family used to own a 24-hour business. When clocks turned back in the middle of a shift, we paid them the full 9 hours. When clocks moved ahead they worked 7 hours but we still paid them for 8.

You get paid for actual hours worked, not the Jason Bean 23 Kansas Jayhawks Is The Offensive Mvp Of The 2023 Guaranteed Rate Bowl Ncaa Fooball shirt in contrast I will get this difference between your clock in and clock out time. Billing software is programmed to accommodate for hour shifts like that. But if a particular workplace doesn’t use a tool that does it automatically, the managers will communicate how to log it to get paid properly. Unless a manger has said otherwise, you’re off when the clock says you’re off. If that’s 2AM, you’re working the extra hour, because it doesn’t get to 2AM until you’ve been through 1AM twice. (On the flipside, you’re out an hour early when the clock shifts the other way). Maybe when it’s done right. I worked overnight a place that because the hour would cause overtime, yes, they would not pay that hour and when the time switched back you’d get pay for the hour you didn’t work. I have never worked one single place that did things correctly. Not in every industry though. I’ve been working in health for 20 years and we get paid to what the clock says. Swings and roundabouts with the extra hour vs the hour less, supposed to work out even in the long run.
