The principle has clearly overreacted. At the James Harden 13 Brooklyn Nets shirt Additionally,I will love this end of the day, these teachers forget they are just kids and kids will be kids. Also, if he was selected for the match, isn’t it the teacher’s responsibility to ensure how he will return home? Because his bus was leaving, he did what he had to! Board it! Yes, he should have taken permission, maybe! Suspension based on this is a ridiculous move, I am gonna have to say! OP plz file a case against the school for harassment and bullying. Regardless of your brothers situation, under no circumstance should school do such a thing like shouting and punishing the kid endlessly. I had no need to comment over here since a lot of people have already suggested the right thing to do. But I too have been in a very similar place to your brother. I was too diagnosed with Hyperactivity Spectrum within ADHD. I didn’t have any learning problems however I could either focus on one particular thing and these sudden spurts of energy would cause me to go restless and I’d too hop in and out of my seat. I even started to jump at random moments in my class and was made fun of. That poor boy might not have a place to vent it all out. I highly suggest you to recognise him for the way he is and help him out. He’s definitely a little too young and naive to understand the intensity of what is happening with him and such convoluted emotions can be hard to decipher. Be his confidant and allow him to go therapy. I’d advise you to go along with him just so you can learn more about the disorder and how it affects things for them. It’s never too late to change things, bud. Take care.

The current school system is designed to help you where you’re lacking, rather than help you develop and hone your talents. But do we really need people who are average at everything rather than people who excel at a thing or two? There was in my country who couldn’t stay still. She was struggling a lot to sit in the James Harden 13 Brooklyn Nets shirt Additionally,I will love this classes for 45 mins. Her parents took her to a therapist to ask for help and the therapist (thank God for such people!) said there’s nothing wrong with her, she’s a dancer. They enrolled her at a dance school and she’s become one of the greatest dancers traveling the world. Instead of chaining your brother down at a regular school, think about enrolling him at a music/dance school, so he can express himself the way he knows. The chances are he won’t need Pythagoras theorem in his life anyway. The principal in this case can be put behind the bars. Morally and legally, advocating for violence in school is wrong. Being a school leader the principal needs to understand each and every kid. From your description I feel you need to have one on one conversation with the school authorities and warn them to not behave in such a way, with not only your kid but with other kids as well. You can refer to the Juvenile justice act for the same.
