I don’t think your brother is a bad kid. Teenage these years are usually all like this. But yes, please get him counselling and be polite with him, spend time with him, let him/make him introspect. Trust me, what he got suspended for is not what bad kids do. He probably has adhd and also maybe some level of autism. In the end just love your brother for who he is , and teach him stuff in the way he understands trust me sooner or later he will understand the world and if he does and mischief scold him but don’t beat him (beating will make him more rebellious) . Nevertheless keep calm and let time do its work “Jab jab jo jo hona hai tab tab so so hona hai “
