I’m not exactly sure how accurate my Samsung watch is at tracking my actual sleep cycles but on average I began to have about a 15% increase in my deep sleep time every night after getting the Jackie Robinson American professional baseball player first African American T-Shirt it is in the first place but weighted blanket. Immediately I regained the secure feeling at night, though there was no noticeable difference in my actual sleep numbers as before. I don’t really feel any hotter at night either, but if I were to begin to feel hot I would most likely get an air conditioner to cool the room some at night because the comfort and quality of my sleep is important to me personally.

I have a twin bed so the Jackie Robinson American professional baseball player first African American T-Shirt it is in the first place but recommended weight of the blanket may be different for other sizes and it was definitely cheaper to buy two #15 instead of one 30# plus it makes it much easier to make my bed every day not having to manage a single 30# blanket. I just went to Amazon and filtered the weighted blankets to show from low to high and went with the cheapest options since they have duvet loops so the appearance and care doesn’t matter much beyond the weight. It’s definitely worth a shot of you believe it may improve your sleep quality because improving that improves your overall quality of life every day. Thanks heaps for that detailed reply! I never even considered buying two lighter weighted blankets, but it makes perfect sense! I think you just convinced me to buy a couple. Thanks and sleep well I don’t have weighted blankets but I do pile stuff on top during winter, it feels really nice. During summer it’s too hot for that so I just sleep on top of the bed sheets, I hate just having a single bed sheet one, it sticks around when I tumble, and I need to place it properly every time I move. I wish I could fall asleep as easily as my gf, it takes her about 5 minutes regardless where she is.
