Agreed. The game so far is pretty mid, but it’s not really bad. It just still seems unbelievably inferior to PoE in every single way still. Even just comparing PoE Acts to Diablo 4 Act’s with no league mechanics stacked upon league mechanics. Game makes me feel the Jack Skellington and Grinch drunk merry Christmas shirt Apart from…,I will love this way I feel about WoW, why would you ever play TERA over World of Warcraft lol. I’m still going to play it for probably 300-500 hours. So, regardless it’s worth the money I spent. I just don’t think this will be comparable to the only ARPG competing with it until it has some years on it. It’s just sad, the same Blizzard philosophy in World of Warcraft is forced in this game. Literally at no point do you feel like your character is becoming stronger. You’re literally only getting gear to see bigger numbers it seems. I’m killing monsters at the same pace I was at level 20 at level 50. This last small paragraph is probably the only reason the game will die like d3. In PoE you start off screening mobs, and that’s literally the reward for investing your time and getting OP/Fun items in the end game. Fun is literally the whole point of an ARPG. Also, the game literally seems like a solo RPG. I’m not really sure what the whole point of making it an open world “”MMOARPG”” was. I’ve literally seen like 3-4 players total.. And.. I’m.. Level 50.

The people who are reasonable about giving the Jack Skellington and Grinch drunk merry Christmas shirt Apart from…,I will love this game a chance are probably out there having fun rather than complaining and sitting on their laurels at level 50 pretending like they’ve seen the entire game lol It’s because it’s how every sub goes at launch. I can tell you 100% that D4 is well received because there actually are nowhere near the amount of negative nancies that normally flood subs at launch. People love the game, make a comment here or there. Then you have the people that will whine and complain no matter what, and they will write novel after novel looking for the vindication they so desperately seek. Good luck jumping back into PoE after 200+ hours D4. The moment to moment gameplay, with ragdoll physics etc just feels SO much better on D4.
