I am having heaps of fun in D4 right now, but i guess if you want to basically press a single Button for 200 hours there is nothing like PoE 😉 so you want to just 1 shot enemies at around 20 and then somehow be stronger than that 31-100? that just makes no sense. or do you want to 1 shot from 1-100? isn’t that the It’s not Christmas unitlHans Gruber falls from Nakatomi plaza shirt besides I will buy this same as not getting stronger? there has to be a limit in your power or it all falls apart. Good critique. I’m with you on the skills and development of them. BUT, most games are like this any way… even POE with a ton of diversity at the end of the day.. you’re using 1-2 skills with some auras and progressing. I haven’t gotten far so I’m not sure what end game feels like but it seems to be that once you start min maxing you can absolutely demolish content. Doesn’t feel like treading water forever, just have to invest to get there. With poe skills though, one skill can be played on every class in a variety of ways. We could.both be playing a spark build, but I could have gone for a poison convert variant while you decided to go full lightning. Poe just offers more variance in how you scale your build.

So yea, while most things are 1-2 skills, there’s way more depth to each individual skill because of all the It’s not Christmas unitlHans Gruber falls from Nakatomi plaza shirt besides I will buy this avenues in game to scale/alter it. I’m optimistic about d4 in the future. We haven’t even had 1 season much less 1 week. I think d4 will see new builds and new leggos hopefully in as early as s2. For PoE, It’s worth noting that depth and build diversity was built well over 10 years and often build diversity was league dependent. 1.) Before dominus, the only spark build was spork totems or self cast spork (which was far more rare. People did self cast cold pulse for shotgunning). I didn’t play when it was only act1/act2, so I can’t speak on that, but I would be willing to bet it was even less diverse.
