I’ve travelled with them in different routes for the last 16 years, I’ve never once had my bags lost or flights delayed or meals messed up. They take you from point A to point B on time, no fluff or no bells and whistles involved. The one time I had a bad experience was with Emirates. I had to take emirates due to a emergency and it was a pretty bad experience. The service was sub par, my meal was messed up, seats were messed up, the service was so plastic, there was no originality. It was a pretty bad travel experience. Next time, take the initiative and greet the staff while boarding and leaving. Do this for a few times, everytime. Set an example.

Do bring out the base point, no hesitation .. biases are always there, in a place where there are no training or controls , such biases increase .. your mail maybe a trigger for a positive change! Did you travel yesterday via munich ? I was in same flight didn’t feel any of this to me or to fellow passengers. Did you travel within Europe city? I’m not surprised. There are some beaches and hotels in India where Indians are not allowed. Chinese aren’t the most civilized people in the world yet, they won’t have a board in their own country saying ‘Chinese not allowed’.
