All that aside it’s very unprofessional of him and if it makes you uncomfortable I recommend verbally expressing boundaries with him. Document that this event occurred, preferably have a witness if possible. Assuming his interest in you is harmless he should get the hint he overstepped. If he continues to break those boundaries and make you feel uncomfortable then you definitely have a problem. Get in contact with HR at the company and let them know all the details of what is happening.
