“Leave/quit” is the I May Live In Virginia But On Game Day My Heart & Soul Belong To Arizona Wildcats Shirt besides I will buy this standard Reddit answer but if you like your job, can make the money work for you and can wait out the “no raise” period then do so. It may take some time for you personally to get over the new hire salary but do what’s best for you. If you can’t let go of the salary issue and you need to make more money now, then bring it up to management just to see what they say and start applying elsewhere. 1- stay 2- start applying for other jobs 3- quit 4- write a review on Glassdoor about they way they treat employees 5- place an ad on Craigslist “free furniture and computers” and include your boss phone number. If they cared about you in any way other than a worker at close to or below market wages- they would have placed or promoted you. Look for a new job elsewhere. You are nothing more than a cog in a machine to them. Could be personal or impersonal or something that was discretely ordered by upper management in corporate. Doesn’t matter because the end result is the same.

In the I May Live In Virginia But On Game Day My Heart & Soul Belong To Arizona Wildcats Shirt besides I will buy this meantime I’d ask for a meeting with your manager / HR and explain that you’re being paid less than others doing the same job as you. Companies have been doing this b.s. for decades. I worked a company where I wasn’t like the “best” worker but turned around after a while. I found that they were hiring new hires at about 5-10 above what I was making and asked about a pay raise. They refused to budge and told me if I wanted a higher pay raise I would have to quit and come back. So i quit and never came back. 5 yrs of busting my ass off for that company for a screw you in the face job. Your job owes you a paycheck nothing more. You owe your job the bare minimum of your job nothing more. There is no such thing as corporate loyalty. You want more money? Tell them that you want more money. If they say no? Get yourself a new job and tell the old company to pay you 15% than their competition or they can get fucked. I’m not trying to minimize your success but I think what you are seeing is that you are underpaid based on market conditions.
