Management lets day shift get away with not getting anything done while expecting me to bust my ass on a 12 hour overnight shift, and to top it all off raises were frozen this year. So pretty much no incentive to stay besides the guaranteed overtime pay after 8 hrs and paying off my 401k loan. Lesson learned at this job – loyalty means crap, especially at a bigger company.
