I had a complaint filed against me by a coworker claiming I was racist because I called her an idiot. The supervisor laughed because she couldn’t specify any time that I did or said anything racist. Just throw a curve ball: “I didn’t assume you’re stupid cause your black. I assumed you’re stupid because you’re a woman! Now leave please.” Personally I laugh. I’m a white guy who dated far more women who where not white or even from my county for that matter. Just say “I’m rubber and you’re glue, whatever you call me sticks back on you!” and run away laughing like a villain. Ignore it. For example criticising judaism or islam is not racist against jews and arabs. I stopped caring, it’s so easy to be called racist and other shit, especially from liberals you simply question lol. Too many just use it as a manipulation, I hear it whenever someone wants something for free. “You’re only charging me cause I’m _____”. Work in a convenience store and have this conversation 50 times per shift. I was in the back room in a retail store. There were 2 ladies that were known by LP to come in and grab stuff that didn’t need sensors and return the items for store credit. So I was told to work in the area, and then customer service them (with them being the only people in the store that early in the morning). The word has become meaningless because it gets overused and applied to things that certain people don’t like. Some people are bad at math, okay, math is racist, being on time is racist, having dogs is racist, that food is racist, and so on. The sad part is, when there is actual racism, it’s just disregarded.
