Being in “the middle” between 2 arbitrary positions does not mean you are more likely to be correct in any way shape or form, let alone entitle you to the smugness that so many fence sitters have. Seek the truth not the average (or whatever the powers that be try to convince you is the average position between the two acceptable boundaries). Consider why you are always told that there are only 2 sides to any issue.
