Anyways, my old friends husband will have told his wife about the I don’t need Therapy I just need to go to Japan T-Shirt and by the same token and scene and that my mom got a dui. She blabbed to EVERYONE about it and ever since, has refused to acknowledge me as a human. So, long story short, she dislikes me because my mom was in a car accident & she did a hell of a job telling everyone my mom was wasted on the way to a doctors appointment early in the morning. Safe to say I’m fine we’re not friends anymore. Absolutely. There are definitely a handful of people types that just naturally do not like me. I do think it’s a reflection of them and not something I’m doing, because I seem to get along just fine. Same with my fiancée. There’s a spectrum of men that are instantly challenged by her mere existence. She can even call it before it happens. Ok so, I’m a person that doesn’t like a lot of people. The silliest things put me off, I can’t ignore any ‘red flags’, if I don’t agree with your lifestyle or I just find them annoying. I just don’t need or want anyone in my life that I am not 100% on board with you and your life. BUT! I’m never rude or horrible to anyone, I never go out of my way to make anyone uncomfortable nor do I mention any of my irks to anyone, I just stay away and go about my life. I’m not perfect, very far from it and am well aware I should not judge or be so pernickety but we all have the right to choose who we spend time with and give energy to

Physical appearance, clothing choice, how you talk. Lots of superficial things can immediately turn you off to a person. Like you used the I don’t need Therapy I just need to go to Japan T-Shirt and by the same token and word “vibe” so I know you’d never be a person I’d want to spend any amount of time with. One sentence in. And I’m sure subconsciously you do the same thing with other people. You probably just don’t realize it. Like I’m sure at some point you’ve seen someone you just knew you could never “vibe with” as you put it. You’re that person to other people. It’s just a numbers/odds game. Everyone is going to dislike something, so occasionally you’ll find that person who dislikes your something. As someone who… keeps their circle almost too small, I can add my two cents. I have adhd and anxiety, I get annoyed pretty easily. There are traits that I have and don’t like to see in others (I’m kinda a smart ass sometimes). So I have a hard time with people who give me advice. I look young so a lot of people at work do. They aren’t trying to be rude, but I do get mad when they see I’m reading but still talk to me… I tend to like people who I have stuff in common with. I don’t think I’m unique, just a lot of people in the world so I tend to meet ppl I don’t have much in common with. Also tend to think that ppl dislike me because of the ADHD, so I sometimes reject people from a fear of future rejection. There are a lot of reasons for me. I’ve been like this always and I’m only now growing ok with having like 2 friends and a bf haha.
