Did that guy call everyone from South India as Madrasi? Anyway, try reporting the Happy Catrick’s All My Love Catpaws Patrick’s Day Cat shirt in addition I really love this to HR if you are not directly reporting to this guy. He will be given a warning. He will be given an online training material about Equality. He will learn how to talk after getting a word from HR. That’s why the management of these businesses in India sucks they hire these mfs based on their bookish degrees and then suffer I’m pretty sure he’ll call someone the n-word if he goes west and gets his ass repaired If he personally knows those folks and they joke about it internally you shouldn’t get bothered. If that’s not the case, somebody should report this. Sorry to hear that. You can file an anonymous complaint to hr if possible. I’m a delhiite working in blr. All our team leads are either malyalis or Kannadigas. They always favor people from their region and mount unnecessary pressure or act ignorant when it comes to people from North. I’m also thinking about anonymously writing to HR or my manager

Morons exist everywhere. Whether its North Indian referring Southies as Madrasi or an South Indian referring Northies as Vadakkan, more often than not they get away with it cuz they do it from blind arrogance that they’re in position of advantage. Unfortunately the Happy Catrick’s All My Love Catpaws Patrick’s Day Cat shirt in addition I really love this ones who face consequences from their actions are more often than not innocents who didn’t do any such things. Generalising people will never help in fixing these issues. Until we raise voices for eachother and stop people from our own communities from spewing hate against others, its not gonna change. The ones who laughed or just stayed silent are just enabling these idiots. Next time if that guy decides to be a dick again, make your opinion heard brother.
