Had a lady get mad at me for not being able to speak Spanish. so I had a co-worker come over to help me translate and he told me later that she said I should know my Halloween Nafo This Is Nafoween Shirt and by the same token and home country’s language. Customer was mad I wouldn’t listen to them and give them cash back without a receipt on a several hundred dollar already opened electronics item. I just took my lunch, they were still there when I came back but I did sco instead.

Halloween Nafo This Is Nafoween Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’ve been “meditating” for 20 minutes daily for the Halloween Nafo This Is Nafoween Shirt and by the same token and past week, although I put the term in quotations because I feel like I’m not truly meditating. A lot of my time is spent being distracted in thought, and even when I am able to maintain an awareness of my breath, I feel constant micro-diversions away from the flow state. It feels like a massive tug of war between my ego and my focus, and I switch between the two within milliseconds. I feel like I’ve gotten slightly better since I’ve started (as I was previously unaware of these micro-deviations), but I still feel a far ways off. How long did it take for it to click for you? I’m not talking about becoming extremely skillful at meditation, just decent enough to be actually able to hold the meditative state for at least a short period of time. What do you mean? Do you practice consistently or have you been on and off through those years? It’s about gently stroking it and being kind and being playful and warm until it naturally calms down and becomes quiet and pliable and just enjoys sitting there with you peacefully.
