Highly recommend radical change! I bought a one way ticket to India during my my darkest days, and said fuck it! Ended up becoming a yoga teacher, which gave my life SO much more meaning, and helped me heal my body & mind. It also opened so many doors of opportunity and growth for me, that I would have never thought possible. I would not have survived had I not taken that leap. I find in life we need at least one of these things to survive/thrive: A Path, a purpose, or a practice! I pray you find one of these that really sets your heart on fire. Sending you love, you will find your way through. Spent around 2-3 years in it. My friend told me afterwards that she was happy to have the Grinch Hat Santa New York Giants Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but old me back again afterwards. Just keep at it. I’m sorry you are going through this! I get this way every fall and winter and struggle to get out of bed. It also doesn’t help I go straight into a dark, windowless office. No matter how awful I feel, I know if I get outside for a bit, I will feel so much better. (even though the feeling is fleeting). Someone mentioned the quote “If you’re going through hell, make sure not to stop.” I love that. Hang in there. You are not alone.

I had a real brutal year this past year. I changed meds in the Grinch Hat Santa New York Giants Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt it is in the first place but hospital and went to trauma therapy there, meditated every day for 6 months, left a horrible relationship, and dove deep on working on myself. Now I’m in a job I love, my kids are thriving, and I’ve made peace with the awful shit that happened. I’ve come a long way but it’s not always easy to see that either. Some days are still hard but I’m a lot more peaceful. I know I’m where I’m supposed to be and that knowledge is priceless. I went through hell for over 30 years and am now living a really peaceful beautiful life. It is possible, you just have to make it your priority and remove anything that destroys your peace including friends or family. I also have to work daily on keeping my life peaceful and my mind free of negative thoughts. Once you find this place of serenity you’ll be thankful you never gave up. I found practicing gratitude and yoga helped me immensely. You are so close to finding what you’ve been searching for all along, but it can’t be found in anything outside of you. In truth, it finds you when you are still.
