Indeed, this darkness exists and I too have been trhough it. KNow this. It is impermanent, and will pass. I assure you. It will also change as you are going through it. My teacher once told me. ‘If you find yourself going through hell, what ever you do, don”t stop!’. He was right. Getting around others is super important, not for just friendship, just to be around others can help. Being in your own head is terrible, that is a rough neighborhood, best to go with some backup! I was fortunate enough to have my dogs with me (or dyslexically, gods…) they gave me something to do, someone to care for and taught me much about letting go, being in the Grinch Hat Santa and Dog Rugby Helmet Washington Huskies Logo Merry Christmas Shirt moreover I love this moment and enjoying what IS. I spent just over 2 years homeless, and terribly depressed. It comes back at times, but because of what I learned about myself in that darkend time I have a much better outlook and everyday life. really. My advice… get out into nature alot! GO on coddiwomples (look that up) and find a four-legged friend or two. Treat yourself well. Reward yourself with little treats when you have ANY success and begin the practice of smiling for no fucking reason (in the mirror) as it will seem so silly and rediculous you will begin to really smile and actually change your chemistry, physicality and emotions. And actually positive affirmations are a real thing. Trust me… really.

Both of these books helped me immensely through this Grinch Hat Santa and Dog Rugby Helmet Washington Huskies Logo Merry Christmas Shirt moreover I love this battle this past year. I just ordered his book on Stillness last night. I try to implement his teachings but struggle so much Those books helped me too, but i would suggest, in my opinion, when reading books like this, you have to filter out what you need and not take all his teachings to heart. It’s OK. Whatever is right for you will make sense when it comes along. Everything that happened to Tolle and everything he teaches will find its way, in its own unique way, to you, too. Wishing you well. I am going through a similar phase as you. Let me preface this by saying that I am not out of it yet, but sometimes glimmers of hope peep through. I can share what they are like.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
