i’ve been reading this thread like “could it really be…there’s so many of us!”. for years i’ve scoured reviews of hats/headbands looking for anyone with a large head reviewing them. i’ve exclusively ordered hats/headbands where people have complained about them being too big, and even then they’ve been too small for me! saving this thread 7 3/8 here. ~23.4 inches I really like my Sunday Afternoons “ISLANDER HAT” in large. It keeps the Grich Christmas The Eras Tour Shirt so you should to go to store and get this sun off but for looks with my face shape I do sometimes wish the brim was a little wider. I wear it a lot to the beach and while dining out on restaurant patios. I like their hats because they’re UPF protective & water resistant (though I probably wouldn’t recommend trying to take a dunk in the sea with it still on lol!) I own this style in particular because it comes with a fairly sleek chin tie (metal tipped rather than safari looking wrinkled fabric), many colours, & a secret loop for what they call a ‘hidden wallet’ (I’ve used it for hotel key cards & my credit card when at the beach & not wanting to show the world that I’ve bought money with me, lol).

I also like that it’s more of a beach lounging style (woven) instead of the Grich Christmas The Eras Tour Shirt so you should to go to store and get this outdoor hiking style of hat, yet it’s still packable (Satya was a video on the website of how to roll it up into a suitcase). For a more high end option, try Janessa Leone. Sizing is specific to each style, but the XL for a few styles I checked is between 23.6 and 24 inches. My head is pretty big, a little smaller than yours, and I actually wear a medium in the Felix hat (originally bought the large but it was too big! A first for me). It’s very cute. I have a noggin and big hair. Snap backs are my best friend and sometimes I’ll buy a men’s hat. Specifically for the sun I’ve been wearing a men’s O’Neil straw hat size L/XL.
