Went on an online date with a dude who said in his profile he speaks a certain language fluently. Another time he came out with a long story about going to a 5-star hotel in London and them charging him £5 for a can of Coke back in 1996. In all those years, I was going round telling people,’Did you know Frankie Grooms dad was bitten by a shark?’ and none of them believed me. Turns out they were right not to. At a baby shower for a friend. I’d never met most of her other friends so basically me, her, one mutual friend and 10 other women I’d never met.
