What exactly is wrong with 7 to 15 to you? I’ve done those times the George Pickens American football wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers Vintage T-Shirt also I will do this past few years and I can tell you – it has 0 to do with work. I started doing that when I figured out that during winter in Sweden (where I used to be) it would basically be already dark around 16:00 or shortly after.. I hated that. Go to the office – darkness .. work during the nice sunny day stuck inside an office.. leave when it’s dark again.. you’d never be on the street when there’s sun.. So I started coming in/leaving “earlier” so that I can enjoy the sun at least for a bit while going home. Otherwise it was freaking depressing.. Not to mention that if you leave the office at 16 or 17:00 you don’t get much time at home. I would usually spend 1h at the gym after work back then as well and with that + commuting I’d basically be home so late that by the time I was donne cooking/making dinner and done eating it, I’d barely have have like 2~3 hours for anything else at home.

So I get up early to leave “early” to have at least some time in the George Pickens American football wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers Vintage T-Shirt also I will do this evenings for anything else besides just eat and sleep… If you leave work at 17:00 and go to bed at midnight, you have exactly the same amount of time at home as if you leave at 15:00 and go to bed at 22:00 Alternatively, maybe they like having their mornings for working out or similar and are willing to take less time in the evening for more time in the morning. Just because a schedule works great for you, doesn’t mean everyone else wants that schedule. Which, also, doesn’t address the OP’s other point of being given a choice of when to come in, and then told their choice is wrong and they need to come in earlier in the day.
