Imo the Garfield Sonic the hedgehog cartoon shirt What’s more,I will buy this people who have more kids than their bandwidth allows (financially, emotionally, etc.) are the selfish ones. If more people realize that having kids is an expensive hobby, like many other fulfilling interests, and make a conscious decision about this, the world would be a better place Propagation and making sure the species stays in the ecosystem has been in the core of all animals. But we have somehow grown above that. Japan is a great example that is facing the consequence of this. Statistical studies have been going on our situation with population in the future. So I think governments might be pushing laws and benefits for having kids. But money and economy is not exactly the reason to go “child-free”. I guess most of us want some peace at home on a daily basis in their chaotic life. You should have children if you want children, and you should refrain if you don’t. That is now, always has been, and always will be something that individuals should decide for themselves.

However, consider the Garfield Sonic the hedgehog cartoon shirt What’s more,I will buy this “I really dread” etc. segment of your rationale. You list that as the primary reason (other than your own lack of desire) for the decision not to reproduce. 50 years ago was 1973. Someone in 1973 who really dreaded the world in 50 years would be dreading the world we’re in. I was around in 1973, even if as a child, and I can tell you firsthand – the world today is a LOT better than the world of 1973, almost across the board. It’s cleaner. People treat one another with vastly more decency. The civil rights of women and minorities are far more respected. There is less violence. The world no longer hangs by its fingernails on the edge of the cliff of nuclear war. The medical care is vastly advanced. People, even poor people, have far more money.
