If the Florida Panthers symbol shirt Additionally,I will love this US would get serious about them, it would be helpful if they phased out the $1,$2 bills and added $1 and $2 coins. There was also a bunch of fascinating unintended consequences of the presidential coin dollar rollout that planet money reported early on in its run TL;DL-every presidential coin minted meant a new Sacagawea coin also had to be made, so the reserves were super chock full of these coins that didn’t really catch on, ~1.4 billion of them! In another episode of the podcast, they circled back on the topic- The mints made a program where people could buy dollar coins and the government would handle the shipping cost to free up vault space people bought thousands of coins with credit cards for reward points, paid off the credit card balances with the unopened boxes of coins and then banks would just…ship them back to the federal reserves. Brilliant. I liked these coins to tip at the airport when I traveled. The faces of people as I pressed coins that felt like a few quarters into their hands were priceless. I remember when they put paid parking in my office complex. Being an employee, I got a pass; visitors, however had to pay. One day I was walking past the exit barrier machine that took your money and gave out those coins as change. There were no cars around and all of a sudden, I hear ‘cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching’ over and over. I walked over to the machine and it’s just dumping those coins for no apparent reason (no one was around).

So I was an arcade game vendor for like 25 years of my life and we got some american change machines that accepted these things. Our change machines dispensed tokens and I was always shocked every time we got one of these things and how many we got. I keep every single one and swear they were from kids stealing them from their parents. The biggest beef I had with these was they weren’t quite gold enough. At a glance, especially in low light, they’d still look like a quarter but not as much as the Florida Panthers symbol shirt Additionally,I will love this Susan B Anthony dollar coin did/does. I used to get fifty dollars of these coins ever two weeks out of my paycheck to put in a lil wooden treasure chest I had. Took 800 to fill it up. I was quite proud of my chest o’ coins. Took me quite awhile to spend em all. Yep, I remember a couple years later I went to the local Renaissance festival and had $50 exchanged for the gold dollar coins at a bank before I went. Had a little leather pouch on my belt and bought all my food and drinks with those coins.
