I mean… Manufacturing Consent and the Fiend Folio war skull shirt Apart from…,I will love this 2016 election lays out some pretty good evidence, but NPR is far from the worst. A broadcast company created by congress is state affiliated. Doesn’t change just because you have a negative connotation with that term. I’m not seeing the issue. I like NPR- but it’s called National Public Radio for a reason- it gets money from the government to operate. I wish they would do this with all media. You could quickly see how many stations were owned by a single entity, you could track political contributions more easily, and you could tell if artificial amplification was in effect. Close? Get it done. Twitter was already a bit of a toxic mess before Elon fucked it all up. Now it is a toxic waste dump of biblical proportions.

One year of 20-30 minutes daily meditation (awareness/breath) at around 70 hrs my depression increased sharply. I decreased my overall meditation time and added loving kindness meditation, depression subsided completely within a week or two. What kind of meditation were you doing? I have always thought that specific types of meditation that might emphasize you “taking control” and forcing your mind to calm down could possibly be detrimental for some people. I would be surprised if someone’s mental health got worse if they did a sort of “surrender” type of meditation, where everything is kept exactly how it is without any interference. Without getting too technical/psychological. But meditation can bring us closer to ego and repressed aspects of ourself. Stuff that is terribly uncomfortable for ego. Ego whats control and safety. Without knowing you, perhaps by quitting youve retreated back to an ego safe zone? Hence the Fiend Folio war skull shirt Apart from…,I will love this subsiding depression. This. I’ve gone through a stretch of intense anger and depression but kept going. I came out the other end feeling noticeably different (for the better) and the effects were permanent (7years and counting).
