Its just as bad as companies still using the Family Vacation Punta Cana 2024 Making Memories T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this Myers Briggs tests. Anyone who has taken an intro psyc class in the past 30 years knows they are total garbage, but people keep using them for some god-forsaken reason. The tests are demonstrated to be racially biased, which can form the basis for a discrimination lawsuit. Me: lawyer who discussed this exact issue with HR last week. What like the tests that ask you to complete the logic series or to find the mistake in a picture or to memorise numbers ? How is that related to ethnicity lol, are you sure you are not mixing racial bias with social background bias ? Griggs v. Duke Power Company, 1971. US Supreme Court found that a particular use of IQ tests in hiring practices caused a disproportionate impact on African American employees. “Disproportionate impact” can make a facially neutral policy illegal under various US civil rights laws.

I am not sure I understand the Family Vacation Punta Cana 2024 Making Memories T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this logic behind this ruling then. Following this reasoning, wouldn’t any skill test have the same issue ? I mean, sure, IQ tests would filter people with lower education, so disproportionately poorer comunities, but that’s a racial bias in the same way firefighter’s entry tests are gender biased. The intent of the test is to filter on specific criteras, and it’s doing just that. If someone want to complain about the results, then it would make sense to fix education and wage disparity, not to put underperforming people in potentially dangerous roles. This is the same reason that black Americans get preferential college enrollment with lower test scores, because they tend to score worse.
